In one line
We store the minimum needed to run the service, we never sell your personal information, and you can delete your account anytime.
1. What we collect and why
Only what's needed to provide the service:
- Your email — for your account, important notices, and (if you opt in) product updates.
- Your API key (stored hashed) — to authenticate your calls.
- Usage counts — how many images you generate, for your plan and limits.
- Basic technical data — IP address and server logs for security and abuse prevention, kept briefly.
- Payments — we do not take payments yet, so we hold no billing data at all. If that changes, a payment processor will handle it, card data will never touch our servers, and this page will say so before we charge anyone.
El Chequeador de Links stores no links you check — they're read in the moment and discarded. Generated images are stored and served indefinitely so that links referencing them do not break. See "Image permanence" in our Terms. We delete them only where required by law, or where the content violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
2. What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone (nor for a "commercial purpose"
- We don't use your content to train models or to build products that compete with you.
- We don't buy email lists.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use cookieless analytics (e.g. Plausible/Umami) that measure in aggregate, anonymously. If we ever use cookies, we'll ask with a clear notice first.
4. Who we share data with (processors)
Only vendors that help us operate: Netlify (hosting, delivery, and the forms on this site) and Google Workspace (our email). That is the complete list today — we are not yet using a payment processor or a separate analytics vendor, and we will update this page before we add one. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep things
- Image cache: minutes/hours.
- Account data (email, key, usage): while you have an account plus a short window after.
- Technical logs: 30 days.
- On account deletion, we remove your personal data except what the law requires us to keep.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and unsubscribe from marketing in one click. Email create@eltriangulostudio.com and we'll respond. Depending on where you live, you have rights under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), LGPD (Brazil), and similar laws — we honor them for everyone.
7. Security
We encrypt in transit (HTTPS), keep secrets out of code, hash API keys, rate-limit abuse, and validate inbound URLs (SSRF protection). No system is perfect; if a breach affects you, we'll notify you as the law requires.
8. Minors
LinkLindo isn't directed to children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
If we change something material, we'll update this page with a new date and notify you where applicable.
